Tonight in London at East India Company shop an evening of Tea and Pastila marking the start of the wonderful project between Kolomna Pastila and East India Company. There will be tea, champagne and lots of wonderful apple pastila made according to an old authentic recipe. The girls behind Kolomna pastila project are amazing, their story is incredible, and I am sure if you manage to find time to go there - you will not regret. I will be there, so hopefully see you tonight 7pm at East India Company shop at Conduit Street!
