We are so happy… Another Melt is taking shape and coming into creation. We’ve received such a heartwarming response from our last gathering that we feel very inspired to continue to offer these spaces because they are so raw and beautiful.
We have been working to refine Melt in the ways that we can while retaining its essence and here we are again, trying our best to offer something truly valuable and long lasting.
This next gathering will be more intimate than the previous editions, with a significantly smaller group. We have chosen to hold this space at @fincasonru, a few steps up the stone path from our previous location. Annie´s home is warm, welcoming and bright. It really is one of the most beautiful homes we’ve ever been in and we are honored to be able to welcome you there.

We will be holding ceremonial space to support you in sacred rest. A space where silence and introspection will be encouraged, so that you may experience more of your natural state of being; spacious, calm and peaceful.
We are devoted to prioritizing rest, stillness and presence in our own lives, and it is an honor for us to create and hold space for you to do the same.
Some of what you will receive and experience during MELT:
- sound healing + gentle yogic practices: yin yoga, nidra and restorative with @emmelineschembri
- tea ceremonies throughout our time together with Lera of @withtlovers 🤍
- a one hour full body healing massage by our dear friend Robin Johnson (included)
- ample time and space to unfurl, rest, nap, dream, read, contemplate, frolic and ground in mountain nature…
- delicious nourishing organic plant-based food (a tonic at sunrise, brunch, snacks and early dinner + freshly made herbal teas throughout the day) by the heart and hands of @rociosgraves
