Last week I ran only once. And only a mere 3km. It was cold and wet and I just didn't feel like running. I wanted to run on the weekend, but on both days we came back home late and I couldn't even think about going out again, even if for a run. But every day I did my morning exercises: 5 rounds of Suriya Namaskar and 5 Tibetan Rites, and very often did the same set in the evening + lots of other asanas from Ashtanga Yoga.
