About Sense Ability:

Conceived as a cultural venue, community cafe, apothecary and gallery; a deep-listening and resting space.

By day, a freely accessible space for taking a pause and connecting with yourself and your senses, experienced through enveloping soundscapes, scentscapes of locally gathered herbs, foraged herbal brews, selected literature, and local material craft.

In the evenings and on weekends, the space shifts into an active programme of live sound, meditations, workshops, walks, talks, and more.

The project works alongside local and international practitioners, artists, educators, and celebrated change-makers to forge deeper awareness and relationships with the living wisdom of the body and the land, engaging with foundational subjects that sustain life as we know it.

Designed to hold space for intentional pausing, recreation, and embodied learning.
