Join us for the seventh edition of an exciting collaboration between Nina and Lera,
pairing Himalayan Breathwork with Tea Ceremony on Tuesday 27th February from 7-9:30pm, cultivating expansion and connection through practice and community.

Nina will guide you through an ancient and powerful Himalayan Breathwork practice to awaken subtle energies within, followed by Lera’s beautiful Tea Ceremony to ground and integrate the breathwork journey.

Location is a few minutes walk from Clapham Junction Station, and exact location details will be e-mailed to you on the morning of the event.

Mats and cushions will be provided, but if you’d like to bring anything else to make your journey more comfortable, please feel free to do so.
