I used to hold regular tea ceremonies at this space for a few years, weekly on Monday mornings, and then started offering Vortex Energy Healing instead as we decided to leave Tea Ceremonies for special occasions, or perhaps monthly. Here is a description below!
We're thrilled to bring back one of our favourite rituals. We've always held the art of the tea ceremony close to our hearts. For a long time, the first class of every week was a tea ceremony with Lera. This calming ritual set a peaceful and grounded tone for the week ahead, creating a cherished routine that many of us at the studio looked forward to.
Now, in a special collaboration with the talented musician Valeria Kurbatova and Re: Mind's Lera Zujeva, we're hosting an evening that beautifully intertwines the calming art of a tea ceremony with the healing vibrations of sound. It's a blend of age-old tradition and harmonic resonance that promises to be as unique as it is restorative.
The tea ceremony, a practice steeped in history and reverence, encourages us to engage deeply with the present moment. It's about savouring each sip, fully experiencing the rich, earthy notes of the wild, ancient tea. And in that space of mindful immersion, we start to feel more grounded, more connected to ourselves and to the world around us.
Valeria Kurbatova, renowned for her skill with the harp, gong, and Tibetan bowls, will create an ambient soundscape that complements this mindful journey. Her music, soft yet enveloping, isn't just heard - it's felt. It invites us to experience sound in a way that soothes and harmonizes, gently guiding us toward a state of relaxation and well-being. In essence, it's an evening of shared experience, where we gather, connect, and embrace the sensory richness of tea and music.
