As we move deeper into Spring, we are inviting you to awaken with the Tea Ceremony.
Awakening of nature, and also our senses, our aliveness as we transition from winter slumber and hibernation to more movement and interaction, yet still in a slow, soft and gentle way. We will be honouring this transition through the practice of the slow and sensual Chadao Tea Ceremony. We will move our bodies and heal with Vortex Energy and intuitive touch. There will be an opportunity to share at the end..
After tea we will share yummy healthy snacks.
