Join us for this special heart opening intimate evening and celebration - held shortly before the big (although commercial) day of Love and Heart.
There are so many ways to open our heart and feel intimate with life and with others - and most require us to slow down, just be and feel.
Starting with Yin Yoga we will slow down and soften the heart, ripening it for the opening.
We will then embody that connection further through the intimate ceremony of Tea.
Tea is such a powerful medicine plant, but it’s so human and gentle, and it cares. Tea from ancient and wise tea trees has the ability to connect us to our hearts, take us on a very gentle journey within and heal us.
While both practices will be done in gentle silence, there will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other afterwards with snacks and more tea. So that we can connect to the sense of community, which in these time is so important to all of us.
This is a SPECIAL event held in a beautiful secret special place.
Advance booking is recommended, as places fill up, and a few of our previous events were SOLD OUT. Places are limited.
Please note, NO REFUNDS are offered.
The seating is done on the floor. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
We are looking forward to spend this special evening with you.
