Where: Globe House Yoga, London Bridge, London
When: Sunday, 11 December, 7pm
Cost: £35
Join us on this magical winter night for a journey to the heart with the ceremony of Tea and Harp Music.
I am excited to be in collaboration with this magical woman Llewella Marie and her healing harp medicine.
We will gather in a circle, and connect in silence and stillness with the Medicine of Wild and Ancient Tea, to the soft enveloping sound of the harp.
Both Tea and Music are powerful and deep embodiment practices, that connect us to alive embodied presence through immersing fully in our senses.
ABOUT LLEWELLA
Llewella is an Australian harpist with an interest in how music can be used as a vehicle to connect to the body and access places for healing that are often overlooked through traditional cognitive approaches. After several years working with trauma in the women and children’s voluntary sector, she decided to merge her therapeutic understanding with her experience as a harpist and focus on ways of transcending mind and body through the senses. She plays the lever harp and specialises in welsh folk music.
