Held on an incredible land of Enchanted Glade Retreats in East Sussex, this one day retreat is an invitation to explore our connection to nature within and without through tea ceremony, meditation, deep time with trees and wild sauna.
Quite often we spend time in nature, but we do not truly SEE or EXPERIENCE nature.
This ability to have the eyes that SEE requires easefulness, softening, dropping into a certain kind of consciousness, a shift of focus.
It requires inner silence.
Some call it deep presence. Some awakening.
To truly SEE nature, we need to connect to our own nature, our true essence within. And these processes are interwoven, dynamic, and support each other in unimaginable ways.
We will be together in silence, yet each in the safety of our own space.
We will soften through the wise and gentle medicine of Tea.
We will listen deeply to trees and nature ~for trees are such great teachers of stillness and presence.
We will drop even deeper into the way of rest through the heat of wild wood barrel sauna.
We will awaken all our senses through cold water plunge afterwards.
And while there is a certain theme to this gathering running like a thin thread through all the practices, nothing is promised other than us being held by the steaming bowls of Tea, magic of nature, heat of wild sauna, inner silence and community of like hearted beings.
What my wish is - is that you will come out of it refreshed, nourished and more connected to that quality of inner silence, that certain presence that allows us to truly SEE life as it is.
While all the practices will be there for us to engage in in a meaningful way - nothing is imposed and I want you to know that you will have freedom to miss some of them if it is something that your being will feel called to.

~ there is an opprtunity to stay overnight at Enchanted Glade retreats either before of after our retreat, plaase contact Maria Caruso, the owner of the land, directly to book.
~ booking fees on any ticketing platform can be quite high, so if you would like to reduce your cost, you can pay directly into my bank account, or Paypal (Friends and Family option). Please contact me for details.
~ healthy snacks will be provided, however you will need to bring packed lunch with you as this is not included.
