Autumn Equinox calls us to slow down, go inward, reflect on the last six months and prepare for the dark months that lie ahead.
Held in a beautiful hidden location in Streatham - The Mat Sanctuary - created with love and so much care by Laura Van De Lisdonk - the space will hold us to celebrate and go deep.
We will use the power of the Tea Ceremony and feminine tantric practices to connect us to the Divine Feminine. Divine Feminine is not about wearing long skirts and dancing around fire with a drum. Although it can be part of it too. Divine Feminine is about fully accepting and embracing everything that is arising within us, being emotionally connected and open, feeling life in all its pain and beauty. It is about deep intimacy with what life is. It is about soaking in the moments that connect us with eternity.
TEA CEREMONY
Drinking Tea. Slowing down. Connecting. Savouring. Feeling Desire within. When we truly drop into our body, real magic begins to unfold. Tea Ceremony is a gateway to the direct experience of life itself. The Magic and Mystery that we are. All we need is to just stop. Really stop and listen. Tea provides the space for that to happen effortlessly.
FEMININE PRACTICES
Tantric feminine practices are not about transcending, they are about being fully in life in our full humanness in all its pain and beauty. Tantra is about being whole, undivided. Loving everything within us, embracing who we are. The Feminine way is also the way of pleasure, of living life through the senses. Through feminine tantric practices we will connect to that pleasure, to the wholeness within.
VORTEX HEALING
There will be a group Vortex Divine Energy Healing session during the tea ceremony for whatever is most needed to deepen that connection to ourselves.
This is a special event held in a unique space. Following the Tea Ceremony and Vortex Healing there will be an opportunity to briefly share about our experience.
