To celebrate you and the wonderful woman you are, we are hosting a International Woman’s Day Tea Ceremony with Lera from @withtlovers!
Sunday 8th March at 10:30am, The morning of a full moon, we will gather to connect with ourselves and nature through tea, relaxing and sharing! A perfect morning for self care and giving yourself that extra love that you deserve.
10:30am - Arrive
10:45am - Introduction
11am - Ceremony begins
11:45am - Sharing Circle
Bring a friend, sister, mother, daughter. A woman that you’re grateful for.
We’ll be seated on the floor so please wear comfortable clothing.
A little more about the event -
This Tea Ceremony has its roots in the ancient Daoist practices that viewed Tea as a Plant Medicine, as something very healing on all levels of Mind, Body and Spirit.
Tea Ceremony is always unique - it can take you to the deep ground of your being, it can make you cry, it can make you laugh, but it always leaves a deep sense of having connected to something sacred within. This is a true connection, where real peace, joy, heart reside. Without this connection we cannot truly connect to others or to the world around us. In a Tea Ceremony this veil of separation becomes thinner. Tea connects us to both the mundane and the sacred, ordinary and magical. Life itself, simple ordinary things become magic.
During this event we will drink Tea in Silence, allowing the feminine spirit of Tea to go to those places in us that need her wise teachings most, and then there will be an opportunity to share your experience.
Tea used in these ceremonies is a “living tea” - it comes from the wild (or semi-wild) growing tea trees in an organic way without the use of pesticides or agrochemicals. Tea that comes from these kind of trees is always a great medicine that takes us deep.
