I am so happy to join forces with the amazing Herons Bonsai nursery for this one day retreat of chi gong and tea.

Situated within Heron’s Bonsai Nursery the Herons Centre is a picturesque setting for the practice of Chi Gong.

The day buds gently with plenty of space to “JUST BE” with shared vegetarian/vegan lunch (please bring a dish to share).

The event is on DANA (Donation) basis and all proceeds go to Royal Marsden. Suggested donation £15 for unwaged, and £40 for those who are waged.

There will be an option to participate in a Tea Ceremony - on extra minimum suggested donation of £15pp.

The day is open to all.
