A journey through the body, into the mystery of existence.

What if the doorway to the unseen was not somewhere beyond us, but within the very fabric of our own being?

Though we are always in intimate contact with the unseen currents of consciousness that move through all of life, we rarely slow down enough to truly feel them. Beneath the noise of the mind, beyond the familiar boundaries of perception, lies a world of subtle sensations, quiet intelligence and infinite possibility.

The body is not separate from the mystery. It is our doorway into it.

Join Samara and me for an immersion into the subtle, the sacred and the unseen, where we will explore how deepening our awareness of the body can open us to something far greater than ourselves.

Through gentle somatic movement, we will slow down and turn our attention inward, listening to the most delicate sensations, the subtle currents of energy and the quiet language of the body. As we become more intimate with what we feel, we begin to discover that even the smallest sensation can become a gateway into the vastness of existence.

Held in soft, shared silence, we will then enter the meditative space of tea ceremony, allowing the simplicity of this ancient practice to gently dissolve the filters, stories and veils that stand between us and life itself. Nothing to achieve, nowhere to arrive. Only the possibility of meeting existence directly, as it unfolds through us.

Together, we will explore the paradox that the deeper we enter the body, the closer we come to the boundless. That the path to the cosmic may begin not by transcending our human experience, but by inhabiting it so completely that the separation between ourselves and the mystery begins to soften.

This is an invitation for those who feel called to explore the soothing medicine of silence, the wisdom of the body and the peaceful nature of mystery.

ABOUT SAMARA

Samara Concepción is a dancer, birth doula and women's health practitioner based in London. She is devoted to elevating women’s experience of womanhood, pregnancy, birth and motherhood through reacquainting them with their deepest source of truth and power, which is their innate body wisdom. Samara combines somatic movement with sensual expansion practices for women to inhabit their bodies with confidence, ease, trust and pleasure.

About Lera

Lera has been a devoted practitioner of the Leaf for many years. For centuries, Tea in the form of Chadao Practice has been used by Daoist Sages and Buddhist Monks for alchemy and transformation. Lera holds sacred spaces with the Medicine of Tea in Chadao tradition of Global Tea Hut, facilitating journeys from the head to the heart, to the intimacy of life itself. Tea as a sacred plant medicine creates this space for us to drop into the heart and just be. Her work also involves Vortex Energy Healing and Presence practices.
