We live in a world where the word LOVE has been thrown around like a commodity and often defined
in a stereotypical way, as is evident when Valentine’s Day comes around, however what really does
this word LOVE mean to you?
There are different ways to open your heart and feel intimate and connected to yourself and others.
Most require us to slow down, to be and to feel. You cannot give to others what you cannot give to
yourself and how do you slow down and give yourself unconditional love, if you have never felt it, or
experienced it?
Beginning with Breathwork to release blocks in the heart, we will then experience a Kundalini kriya to
open the heart and deepen your connection, feeling the presence of your heart energy.
Embodying that connection further, we will gather for an intimate sacred Tea Ceremony
to honour the heart.
Tea is called "The Messenger of Love" for her ability to connect us to the heart, taking us on a
gentle inner journey to bring deeper awareness and healing.
We will close with a meditation and sharing circle.

transformation. Lera holds sacred spaces with the Medicine of Tea in Chadao tradition of Global Tea
Hut, facilitating journeys from the head to the heart, to the intimacy of life itself. Tea as a sacred plant
medicine creates this space for us to drop into the heart and just be.
