SOFTNESS OF BEING ~ CANDLELIGHT YIN YOGA & TEA CEREMONY EVENING

  • Globe House Yoga 18-22 Crucifix Lane London, England, SE1 3JU United Kingdom (map)

Where: >>> Amazing space Globe House Yoga in London Bridge
When: >>> Saturday 4 December 6pm
Cost:   >>> from £35 (low income places might be available, please contact me)

The further we enter into the dark and cold season the more there is a calling from within to slow down, stop and truly surrender to the “soft animal of our body” - as Mary Oliver so eloquently puts it.

Through the gentle practice of yin yoga we relax and soften our body, making surrender to the softness of our own being, to our own nature possible.

We will then embody that connection further through the intimate ceremony of Tea.
Tea is such a powerful medicine plant, but it’s so human and gentle, and it cares. Tea from ancient and wise tea trees has the ability to connect us to our hearts, take us on a very gentle journey within and heal us.

While both practices will be done in gentle silence, there will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other afterwards with snacks and more tea. So that we can connect to the sense of community, which in these time is so important to all of us.

Advance booking is recommended, as places fill up, and a few of our previous events were SOLD OUT. Places are limited.

Please note, NO REFUNDS are offered.

The seating is done on the floor. Comfortable clothing is recommended.

We are looking forward to spend this special evening with you.
