This Tea Ceremony and Sharing Circle is open to all - men and women and children.

Tea Ceremony is an opportunity for all of us to sit in a circle and simply be with whatever is. Without agenda, without the goal, without the need to become a better version of ourselves, without the need to be fixed. Just as we are. Drinking Tea. Bathing in the simplicity of this - just us as we are drinking Tea. Sounds very simple but it's not easy by all means. Our minds always try to get somewhere rather than just allowing the simplicity of being to shine. 

Tea is an amazing powerful yet gentle Plant Medicine. With Her help through allowing Her to work on us, this simple resting space becomes more available. The Magic that is in the everyday life is seen and experienced.

I am also a Vortex Healer - Vortex being an energy healing and awakening path, which heals on all levels - physical, emotional, karmic. After the Tea Ceremony there will be a Group Healing on whatever feels appropriate.

We will end with the Sharing Circle.

I will be brewing a special heart opening Tea for the Tea Ceremony on the night. Tea is such a powerful medicine plant, but it’s so human and gentle, and it cares. Tea from ancient and wise tea trees has the ability to connect us to our hearts, take us on a very gentle journey and heal us.

It is donation based. Minimum suggested donation is £15. Advance donation is recommended, as places fill up. 

The seating is done on the floor. Comfortable clothing is recommended. After tea we will share some healthy snacks.
